Waitlist and review photos

Waitlist for a full day

• The time isn't held for anyone: everyone on the list is notified at once, and whoever books first gets it.
• You can leave the list anytime from the same screen.
• You can be on up to 20 waitlists at a time.

1. When you pick a day and every time is taken, you'll see "This day is fully booked".
2. Tap Notify me if a time opens up.
3. If someone cancels or moves their booking that day, you get a notification and a card in your notifications.
4. Open it and book the time, if it's still free.

A photo in your review

• When you leave a review you can add one photo (optional).
• It appears on the provider's profile, under your review. Tapping it opens it full screen.
• Show the service or the result. Don't include other people without their permission, personal information or anything that breaks the Community Guidelines.
• Photos that break the rules can be removed, like any review.

For providers

• You don't need to do anything for the waitlist. When a booking on a full day is cancelled or moved, customers waiting on that day are notified automatically.
• Review photos show up on your profile with the review, next to your reply.
