Sumerzé Help Center
Three tools included with Premium to save time and stay in touch with your customers.
Save the answers you send most and drop them into any chat with one tap. A row of replies appears above the message box. Tapping one puts the text in the box, it isn't sent, so you can adjust it first.
Let the customers who saved you as a favorite know about a sale or an opening. Go to your Panel and tap Tell your favorites.
Download your earnings history as a spreadsheet file (CSV). In the app, open My earnings and tap Export. Choose the period (this year, last year, this month or all time) and tap Download CSV to save it to Files, email it or AirDrop it. On the website, it's on the Finances page, with the same periods.
Each row is a booking: date, time, service, customer initial, status, deposit, final payment, tip and the total received in the app. Payments outside the app are marked, but their amounts aren't included.
Not an official tax document
The CSV is a convenience summary to help you keep your own records in one place. It is not a tax form, not a statement from Sumerzé and not tax advice. When required, Stripe sends the official tax form (for example Form 1099-K). For anything about taxes, talk to a tax professional.
Do customers know I use quick replies?
No. The message is sent from you like any other message.
Can I write my own message to my favorites?
Not for now. Sumerzé writes it so it's always clear, short and in the customer's language.
Can I use the CSV for my taxes?
You can use it to organize your records, but it's not an official document. Use the official form from Stripe and ask a tax professional.
