Frequent client rewards
Sumerzé Help Center
Some providers reward clients who keep coming back. When a provider turns it on, every few completed visits you get a discount on the next one, automatically. No codes, no punch cards, nothing to remember.
Example: every 5 visits, 20% off
Visits 1 to 4 are regular price. Visit 5 is 20% off. Then the count starts again, so visit 10 is 20% off too.
For clients
- You'll see the reward and your progress on the provider's profile, for example "2 more visits to 20% off".
- When your next booking is the reward visit, the booking screen shows "This visit is 20% off" and the discount is already in the price before you pay.
- Only completed visits count. Cancelled bookings and no-shows don't move your progress.
- The reward can sit on one upcoming booking at a time. If you book two appointments ahead, it applies to the first one you book.
- If the provider is also running a sale, you get whichever discount is bigger. The two are never combined.
- Progress is per provider. Visits with one provider don't count toward another's reward.
- The reward is a discount on a future booking. It has no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
For providers
- In the app, go to Services and tap Discounts (the same screen you use to run a sale).
- Under Frequent client, turn on the reward.
- Choose how often it happens (every 3 to 10 visits) and how much it's worth (10% to 50% off).
- Tap Save reward. That's it. Sumerzé counts visits and applies the reward for you.
- The discount comes off your service price, and the deposit is calculated on the discounted price. Sumerzé's fees are also calculated on the discounted price, the same as with a sale.
- You can change the rule or turn it off at any time. Changes apply to new bookings; bookings already made keep the price they were booked at.
- On the booking detail you'll see a "Frequent client reward" tag, so you know why the price is lower.
Common questions
Do I need to do anything to get the reward?
No. Just book through Sumerzé. The app tracks your completed visits.
What if I cancel the reward booking?
The reward goes back to you and applies to your next booking with that provider.
Does a visit paid in person count?
Yes, as long as the booking was made on Sumerzé and marked completed.
The provider turned the reward off. What happens to my progress?
Your completed visits stay on record. If the provider turns it back on, your progress picks up where it left off under their current rule.
